Strawberry Beer Cocktail

I know what your thinking……..Weird…….how can you combine liquor and beer?? Well guess what you can! And I did! And I loved it! This recipe is adapted from A Taste of Home, I changed it a bit because I couldn’t find the fruit or the juice they recommended.

What you need:

4 cans of light beer
1 cup of vodka
1 can of frozen pink lemonade (I think regular lemonade would be great too)
Handful of strawberries
1 lemon

What to do:

You really can use any light beer, I used Bud Light because, well it’s my hubby’s beer, I think it’s best to be drank all in one night, often a Sangria is better the next day, but the carbonation of the beer really offsets the sourness of the juice so I found it VERY refreshing the  night I made it!!

Combine all ingredients. Serve with fresh fruit!
