Almond Crusted Chicken Nuggets for #SundaySupper
This heart healthy dish will satisfy everyone in the family! It's easy to make and with a little dipping sauce it's dinner! Have leftovers? Great throw it on top of a salad.
  • 1 pd of Chicken, cut up into chunks
  • 8 oz of raw almonds
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of italian seasoning
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • Spicy Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce:
  • Mix regular mustard with horseradish sauce to your liking
  1. In a food processor add the almonds, salt and italian seasoning and process for 2-5 minutes, it took longer than I thought.
  2. Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with tinfoil. Spray with olive oil.
  3. Transfer to a flat plate and beat the egg whites. Dip the chicken into the egg white and coat with the almond mixture. Press firmly.
