St. Patty's Day3

Emerald Isle

Ingredients:

1 oz gin
1 tsp green crème de menthe
2 dashes bitters

Preparation:

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shakerfilled with ice cubes.

Shake well.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Irish Blonde

Ingredients:

2 oz. Michael Collins Irish Whiskey
3/4 oz. orange curacao
1/4 oz. Fino sherry
1 dash of orange bitters

Add first four ingredients to a mixing glass.

Add ice to mixing glass. Stir to chill and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a flamed orange peel expressed over the cocktail.

Irish Eyes

Ingredients:

1 oz Irish whiskey
1/4 oz green crème de menthe
2 oz cream
maraschino cherry for garnish

Preparation:

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shakerwith ice cubes.

Shake well.

Strain into an old-fashioned glass.

Garnish with the maraschino cherry.

Irish Gold

Ingredients:

2 parts Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
2 parts Ginger ale
1/2 part peach schnapps
splash of orange juice
lime wheel for garnish

Preparation:

Build the whiskey, schnapps and juice in a Collins glassfilled with ice.

Top with ginger ale.

Garnish with a lime wheel.

Irish Whip

Ingredients:

1 oz vodka
1 oz Pernod
1 oz Cuban rum
1 oz crème de menthe
1 part 7-Up
1 part orange juice

Preparation:

Pour the vodka, Pernod, rum and crème de menthe into a pint glass with ice cubes.

Fill with equal parts of 7-up and orange juice.

Stir well.
