Add the broth, tomato sauce, garlic, oregano and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper and pour in pasta. Bring to a boil, cover and allow to cook for 15 minutes until most of the sauce has evaporated. Add a little more broth if the pasta isn't cooked after 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in pineapples and mozzarella cheese. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
