2 cups of Kale
1 cup of Spinach
1 garlic clove
½ cup of walnuts or almonds
Red Pepper (optional)
¼ cup of EVOO
½ tsp of salt
Juice of one lemon
4 oz of pasta of your choice
1 pint of cherry tomatoes
5 chicken sausages sliced or 2 cups of rotisserie chicken
Parmesan Cheese (garnish)
