This Skinny Egg and BLT Wrap is perfect for a busy night on the go! Make a plate of the fresh ingredients, let everyone make their own wrap, and off you go with a protein packed dinner.

Ingredients
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 large plum tomato, sliced
  • 4 pieces of cooked bacon
  • 1 cup of lettuce
  • ½ cup of spinach
  • Wrap of your choice
  • Goat Cheese (or cheese of your choice)
  • Pesto (optional)
Instructions
  1. Arrange all of the ingredients on a large plate.
  2. Lay out wraps.
  3. Brush a tbsp of pesto on each wrap.
  4. Add lettuce, spinach, 1 sliced egg (1 per wrap), 2 pieces of bacon, top with goat cheese.
  5. Fold in sides and roll.
