This Skinny Egg and BLT Wrap is perfect for a busy night on the go! Make a plate of the fresh ingredients, let everyone make their own wrap, and off you go with a protein packed dinner.

Ingredients
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 large plum tomato, sliced
4 pieces of cooked bacon
1 cup of lettuce
½ cup of spinach
Wrap of your choice
Goat Cheese (or cheese of your choice)
Pesto (optional)
Instructions
Arrange all of the ingredients on a large plate.
Lay out wraps.
Brush a tbsp of pesto on each wrap.
Add lettuce, spinach, 1 sliced egg (1 per wrap), 2 pieces of bacon, top with goat cheese.
Fold in sides and roll.
