Serves: 4
Ingredients
8 oz. of leftover steak (use any kind)
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
1 onion, sliced
8 pieces of 2% american cheese
Salt and pepper
splash of Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. of olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325F.
Chop 1 red peppers and 1 green pepper in half, remove the insides and microwave until soft. I did 3 minutes. Chop the other red and green pepper into slices. Chop the onion into slices.
Place the halved peppers in a baking dish, top with the steak and veggie mixture. Place one piece of cheese on top of each pepper and bake for 5-8 min. Keep an eye on it, you want to melt the cheese but not burn the peppers.
